Yellow Lustre Decoration for Glazed Ceramics

Yellow Colorobbia Lustre is a ceramic lustre overglaze for adding reflective yellow-gold decoration to previously glazed earthenware and porcelain.

This specialist fired decoration is applied over an existing glaze rather than directly onto bare bisque. Careful surface preparation and a clean drying environment help protect the decorated surface before firing.

  • Thoroughly clean the glazed surface and make sure it is free from moisture
  • Apply mainly by brush; airbrush application is for professional use only
  • Leave the decorated item in a warm, dust-free room for several hours before firing
