To help us resolve any problems quickly, please provide as much detail as possible — such as the kiln’s manufacturer, model number, serial number, power rating, voltage, manufacture date, and the make and model of the controller (if fitted). Photos of the kiln (inside and out) and any controller error codes are incredibly useful too.
