Butter Translucent Ceramic Underglaze – E-Z Stroke® 29ml
Butter is a soft, warm translucent yellow with a gentle, creamy tone. It’s ideal for adding light,
warmth and subtle highlights without overpowering surrounding colours.
Perfect for spring designs, backgrounds, florals, and soft decorative accents,
Butter works beautifully as a base wash or layered lightly to add warmth and balance to a piece.
Application & Firing
- Apply one coat to greenware, unfired glaze, soft-fired bisque, or cone 04 bisque. Allow to dry.
- Fire to shelf cone 04.
- For bisque ware, apply to cone 04 bisque, dry, and apply clear glaze if desired.
- Fire to shelf cone 06–05 (999°C–1046°C / 1830°F–1915°F).
- Apply additional thin coats to build depth as required.
- Easy water clean-up.
When finished with a food safe clear glaze, this underglaze is suitable for functional dinnerware.
