Notice: Dinnerware Plates – Important Update

We’re aware that some of our dinnerware plate designs have recently been affected by cracking during firing. After carrying out extensive in-house testing, we’ve confirmed that this is due to a manufacturing issue outside of our control.

At present, 1603 Coupe Salad Plate, 1604 Coupe Dinner Plate, 1605 Coupe Charger Plate and 3009 Heart Plate are the only designs affected, which we have removed from stock. All other dinnerware pieces and bisque ranges currently remain unaffected.

We sincerely apologise to any customers who’ve been impacted by this. We’re actively working with our supplier Gare and the manufacturer to resolve the problem and are also exploring alternative replacements.

In the meantime, if you’ve experienced issues with these designs or any other dinnerware pieces, please get in touch or call us on 01782 319435. We’ll be happy to arrange a credit or a suitable alternative where possible.
