Customer Update


Our offices and warehouse are currently operational with limited staff for despatch of online orders between 8.00am-4.00pm weekdays. We will do our utmost to despatch orders as soon as possible, however as we have a skeleton warehouse and office team at present there may be delays with processing orders, therefore we would like to request that you please allow a few days for your goods to arrive.

Currently our showroom is closed to the public, meanwhile staff who are present in our offices and warehouse are working with personal protective equipment, and abiding by Government guidelines regarding social distancing and hygiene.

As we are currently unable to process card payments over the telephone due to limited staff, we would like to ask our customers to please pay online via Sage Pay to avoid any delay with despatch of your goods. Please note as we are operating with a small warehouse team who are working hard to despatch orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to amend shipments once your order has been processed. Therefore any additional orders will be processed and charged separately.

Our company telephone lines will be manned Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 3.45pm, however if at all possible we would like to ask our customers to please e-mail us with your enquiry to enquiries@cromartie.co.uk to give us time to respond to your request. We'll also try our very best to respond to Facebook, live chat and e-mail messages without delay, however we'd like to ask everyone to please bear with us as several staff are working from home.
